Quality Policy

 HT Medical, is committed to meet and exceed customer satisfaction by providing highest quality innovative products that meet applicable regulatory, and customer requirements. In order to achieve this, we are continually improving processes and products, reviewing the quality policy and objectives on a continuous and periodic basis and by adhering to an effective quality management system, that benefits our customers, employees and shareholders. The effectiveness of our quality system is monitored by internal audits, management reviews and customer surveys with meeting all requirements of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015

The implementation of the quality policy is the responsibility of all staff members. It is compulsory that all staff recognize and accept our quality policy and objectives.

اتش تى  ميديكال  ملتزمة بكسب رضاء العميل وذلك بتقديم أعلى جودة من المنتجات بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية و متطلبات العميل و لتحقيق هذا نسعى دوما للتحسين المستمر ومراجعة سياسة الجودة وأهدافها مع الألتزام بتطبيق نظام إدارة جودة فعال مما يفيد عملائنا والعاملين والمساهمين  .ان كفاءة نظام الجودة تقاس عن طريق التدقيق الداخلي، ومراجعة الإدارة العليا واستقصاءات العملاء  مع التوافق مع متطلبات مواصفات ايزو 13485:2016  وكذلك ISO 9001:2015

 تقع مسؤولية تنفيذ سياسة الجودة على عاتق جميع العاملين، ومن الألزامي أن يدرك الجميع سياسة الجودة وأهدافها
